Garden Office

One of the great things about modern wooden garden buildings is in the choice available. Not only can you choose a particular style to suit your house / environment / requirements, but there are a huge number of options for you to get exactly the product that you want.

Buildings are available as kits for self build, but do not underestimate the task involved, for a reasonably sized home office, workshop or gym style garden building with installed electrics and a solid concrete base, you can expect to put in 2 man weeks of fairly involved DIY.

Smaller buildings without services however are able to be erected much more quickly and don't need such a substantial base.

The ranges vary in the thickness of the wood used. Summer houses are suitable for seasonal use as their name implies and are lighter and more affordable. The garden cabins are made of more substantial materials with a more robust build and are suitable for use as a permanent home office, studio, workshop, pool house or any other use you can think of. If you are to use one of these year-round, you will have to install electrics and/or other services, and it is highly recommended that the cabin is insulated for maximum

One of the nicest features of using a garden building for these uses is after a short commute down the path or across the lawn, you can really believe you are in another place, amongst nature in the summer and amongst it, but well proof against the wet and cold in the winter months with suitable services and insulation.
