Growing Instructions: Sow indoors - February to April (for earlier crops) Sow outside - March to July (when the air temperature is above 10C)Sow 0.5cm deep. Plant out April to May (if sown inside) Thin plants to 10cm apart April to August (if sown outside) Harvest - June to October

Parsley Gigante Napoletano  £1.59

A large flat leaf variety from Naples. Very aromatic, tall vigorous plants with large serrated dark green leaves. Really tasty. Will grow again after cutting. Growing Instructions Grows best on fertile, moisture-retentive soil and is tolerant of part shade or sunny sites. Sow outside - March to September (when the air temperature is above 5C) sow 1.5cm deepHarvest - June to December

Rocket - Cultivated  £1.59

First introduced to the UK by the Romans. Adds a peppery flavour to salads and pizzas. Milder and meatier flavour than wild rocket. Easy to grow. Dark green, lightly serrated leaves rich in Vitamin C which aids the absorption of iron. Frequent cutting will promote tender new growth. Growing Instructions: Sow outside - March to September. Protect autumn/winter crops with cloche or fleece. Harvest:  May to November

Rocket - Wild  £1.59

Garden quality wild rocket. Stronger flavour than the cultivated variety (some say a better flavour), with a smaller leaf area with crunchy stalks. Cut and come again (2-3 times). Growing Instructions: Sow outside - March to September. Protect autumn/winter crops with cloche or fleece. Harvest:  May to November

Thyme  £3.95

Position:   full sunSoil:  well-drained neutral to alkaline soil. Rate of growth:  average to fast Flowering period:  June to July Flower colour:  dark pink. Other features:  makes an excellent ground cover. Hardiness:  fully hardy. Tiny, deep pink, tubular flowers appear in summer and are highly attractive to bees. This thyme is an excellent ground cover which forms a flat mat of glossy, blue-green leaves. Great for growing between paving where it will get light traffic that will release its lovely scent whenever it is trodden on. Garden care:  After flowering cut back hard using garden shears to retain a neat compact shape

Woolly Thyme  £4.45

Position:   full sunSoil:  well-drained neutral to alkaline soil. Rate of growth:  average to fast Flowering period:  June to July Flower colour:  pale pink. Other features:  extremely low growing. Hardiness:  fully hardy. Tiny, pale pink flowers appear in summer amongst small, grey, woolly foliage. This is one of the woolliest thymes available and as its low growing is ideal as an unusual ground cover. Unfortunately it's not suitable for culinary use but the flowers are highly attractive to bees and other beneficial pollinating insects. Great for growing between paving or in cracks in stone walls. Garden care:  Susceptible to root rot in poorly drained soils. If necessary, lightly trim to remove dead flowers.
